DEDICATED TO GREAT SMALL FARMERS

We founded Organic Tools GmbH in Vienna in 2018 and since then we have been investigating what the future of agriculture will look like. Against the background of a resource-intensive and increasingly energy-hungry form of industrialized agriculture, we are pursuing the vision of developing life-friendly solutions and adapted technology for small-scale and sustainable agriculture. As a company, we live cooperative and regenerative management based on the example and on behalf of nature.

MAKE IT EASY

The founding team builds on a visionary spirit of creativity and innovation, in-depth systemic expertise in the food and agricultural sector, a proven instinct for successful products and customer satisfaction, as well as extensive experience in product development, project management and "just getting down to business" to get ideas off the ground.

The founding is closely linked to the development of the nut and fruit harvester "Obstraupe", the first and most well-known product from Organic Tools. After 5 seasons on the market, more than 1,200 fruit trees are in use to help the keepers of "Europe's last forest gardens" with the harvest.

DAVID BRUNMAYR

CO-FOUNDER, MANAGEMENT,
CHIEF INSPIRATION OFFICER

David is an agroecologist and expert in extensive fruit growing. Even as a child he was able to experience the beauty of his parents' traditional orchard in Upper Austria, but he also got to know the tedious harvest when "obst picking".

After studying at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna (MSc.), he was a consultant and course leader in the fruit team of the Arche Noah association. David has a passionate sense of possibility and is brimming with ideas. At Organic Tools, he focuses on the vision, knocks out slogans and pays attention to the strategic direction.
